Villa Verano is an independent seaside boutique property in Puerto Vallarta. They position themselves for longer-term stays and special events in particular. Importantly, they have developed a regular clientele who return frequently and stay on their mailing list.Â
The team, led by senior designer Nick McNeil, completely rebranded and revamped the Villa Verano website in 2022, including shooting all new photos, video, etc. Our team continues to maintain the website and handle their extensive email marketing campaigns.
Since the website re-launch, web traffic has grown 550%, and average occupancy increased 50-75%, depending on season. In 2024, the Villa Verano won a Travelers’ Choice Award from Tripadvisor.
